SBC: Notification of delisting shares on HOSE

On January 14, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement 25 /TB-SGDHCM on the delisting of stock of Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol: SBC

-         Delisting volume: 8,000,000 shares

-         Total delisting value: VND80,000,000

-         Shares were delisted on HOSE according to the Decision 10 /QĐ-SGDHCM on January 14, 2015.

-         Reason: Voluntary delisting by Decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 dated June 09, 2014.

-         Effective date of the delisting: February 12, 2015

-         Last trading date on HOSE: February 11, 2015
