On January 14, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No. 10/QĐ-SGDHCM on delisting stock of Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company:

-         Number of shares delisted: 8,000,000 shares

-         Total value: VND80,000,000,000

-         Effective delisting date: February 12, 2015

-         Reason: Voluntary delisting by Decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 dated June 09, 2014.

-         Last trading date on HOSE: February 11, 2015
