Ha Noi fair to promote VN goods

Ha Noi will host a second Vietnamese Goods Fair from August 22-26, aiming to provide potential buyers with high quality goods at reasonable prices.

The municipal Department of Industry and Trade said yesterday that the event will feature up to 220 stalls showcasing a wide range of foodstuffs, beverages, garments, footwear, electronic and electric products, household utensils, home interiors and handicrafts.

The fair is expected to draw manufacturers in from around the nation, said Tran Thi Phuong Lan, deputy director of the department.

Organisers will help businesses in trade villages and industrial complexes bring their products to market, she added.
