New apartment project in Phu My Hung announced

The Phu My Hung Development Corporation has officially announced two model apartments for its new project, Green Valley, in District 7 of HCM City.

 

This is the first apartment project in the Medical Campus District in Phu My Hung Urban Area. It covers an area of 14,500 sq.m and has been designed by Germanys Korn Architects with four building and 20 to 27 stories.

When finished, the project will have 546 apartments ranging from 87sq.m to over 120 sq.m. There also plans for shops, a swimming pool and landscaped flower gardens.

According to the company, the appartments are ideal for young people.

Phu My Hung Corporation said it will start selling the first phase of the project on 23 March, and it has yet to disclose prices. "The payment terms will be 30 months and there will financial support on offer from banks," the company affirmed.

The first phase of the project is expected to be complete by September 2016.
