BIDV supports Golden Palace project buyers

The Ha Tay branch of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam and HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Co. inked a cooperation deal last Friday to provide credits for buyers of HUD3’s Golden Palace project in Hanoi.

Customers of the project will enjoy soft loans with an interest rate of 12 per cent per annum within the first six months. After the period, homebuyers will be subject to normal lending rates of BIDV.

BIDV Ha Tay will provide loans of up to 85 per cent of the value of a condo within a maximum tenor of 15 years.

The lender via the programe will introduce to homebuyers trustworthy real estate investors and help them with financial consultancy.

Cooperating with property investors is also one of BIDV’s solutions to help the enterprises tackle huge stockpiles.

Golden Palace is a high-rise condo and office complex developed on over 4,000 square meters. The project comprises condos and penthouses of different s, kindergarten, public space and healthcare facility.

HUD3 expects to put the project into use in 2013.
