Residential complex turns on the charm

Crowne Plaza West Hanoi Residences is offering incentives for customers from June to July 31.

Accordingly long-term leasing contract will be offered a 10 per cent discount for the first month including complementary breakfast for one week, 10 per cent discount for spa and dining at Lackah restaurant and 20 per cent off for golf membership fee at FLC Golfnet and other value added.

For the short-term (from one to three months) customer needs only VND1.5 million ($70) net for one night trial stay including breakfast and dinner for one person.

Officially launched in June 2012, Crowne Plaza West Hanoi Residences is InterContinental Hotel Group’s first residence complex in Vietnam, under the Crowne Plaza brand.

“Offering residential accommodation alongside the hotel enables us to capture a wider variety of guests, including the medium-to-long-term guest stays” said Michel Chertouh, general manager of Crowne Plaza West Hanoi Residences.
