Tay Ho Residents opens doors

Four modern residential towers are to launch on the Hanoi market.

Developed by Handico 7, Tay Ho Residence is built on 2.4 hectares in Tay Ho district, next to the West lake.

Occupying a prime location adjacent to North Thang Long-Noi Bai highway with the west side facing the Ring Road No.2 the project is within close proximity to a wide array of public amenities such as West West Lake residential area, Ciputra residential township, and Huu Nghi park.

Tay Ho Residence’s apartments range from 58 to 125m2 with nearby shopping, dining, swimming, health care and fitness centres, children’s play and underground parking areas and 24/24 security service.

“With exceptional living space and landscape, West Lake area has always been a top priority for not only Hanoi home buyers but also foreign communities living and working in Vietnam so far,” said Guy Major, national director of Savills Vietnam residential sales.

Tay Ho Residence’s apartments are expected to be launched for sale in July, 2012.
