VPL: Decision No.24.2011 on delisting of stock
Vinpearl JSC (HOSE: VPL) announced the decision of the Board of Directors dated December 13, 2011:
- Article 1: The Board of Directors of Vinpearl JSC unanimously approved the delisting of VPL’s stock on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange in order to merge with Vincom JSC under the resolution of the shareholders’ extraordinary meeting 2011.
- Time of delisting: Estimated on December 26, 2011.
- Article 2: The Board of Directors of Vinpearl JSC unanimously approved the record date for closing the shareholder list to convert stock of Vinpearl JSC to stock of Vincom JSC.
- Record date: Estimated on December 28, 2011.
