As approved by the SSC, Viet Nam Industry Securities Company announces the change in ownership of ten or more percent of charter capital, in which:

- Transferer:

+ Investment & Construct development (Investco): 175,000 shares, equaling VND 1,750,000,000 by par value

+ Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh: 280,000 shares, equaling VND 2,800,000,000 by par value

+ Mr. Han Duc Viet: 350,000 shares, equaling VND 3,500,000,000 by par value

+ Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoang: 210,000 shares, equaling VND 2,100,000,000 by par value

- Transferee:

+ Mr. Le Quang Su: 1,015,000 shares, equaling VND 10,150,000,000 by par value (29% charter capital)
