According to the latest NielsenIQ research conducted between April 15 and April 28, 2026, ShopeeFood ranks as the leading online food delivery platform in Việt Nam by frequent usage share within the past month, with a frequent usage rate of 51 per cent.

In addition, ShopeeFood is the most used online food delivery platform in the past month, recording a 52 per cent usage rate among 850 respondents in HCM City, Hà Nội and Đà Nẵng who used online food delivery platforms during the month prior to the research.

In addition to leading on usage-related metrics, ShopeeFood is the most top-of-mind online food delivery platform, with a top-of-mind awareness rate of 50 per cent.

The three key metrics – frequent usage share, platform usage, and Top-of-Mind awareness – not only demonstrate ShopeeFood's strong presence among consumers but also reinforce the platform's leading position in Việt Nam's online food delivery market.

The NielsenIQ research also found that ShopeeFood performs strongly among younger consumers. During the seven consecutive days prior to the survey, ShopeeFood accounted for 54 per cent of all online food delivery orders among consumers aged 16-24 and 51 per cent among consumers aged 25-34.

Beyond its nationwide performance, the NielsenIQ research also highlights ShopeeFood's strong position in Hà Nội – one of Việt Nam's largest and most competitive online food delivery markets where it recorded a 60 per cent share of frequent users among online food delivery platforms over the past month.
