VSIP Group and partners to enhance living standards in industrial area

The Việt Nam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) J.V Company Ltd on Friday signed co-operation agreements with partners in HCM City to distribute its project, Sun Casa Square.

The agreement, VSIP affirmed, represents a significant milestone to elevate living standards of professionals, labourers, and residents in the industrial hub in the northern area of HCM City.

Accordingly, the group signed agreements with leading real estate distribution agents in the region such as Smartland, An Homes and Vạn Phước House to establish a professional advisory network with market expertise and transparent information.

As part of the commemorations for VSIP's 30-year legacy in Việt Nam, the Sun Casa Square project introduces 574 meticulously planned, modernly designed commercial shophouses to the market. Located at the entrance of the VSIP II Industrial Park, a focal point of the Northern HCM City Science and Technology Urban Area, Sun Casa Square capitalises on exceptional connectivity facilitated by a centralised infrastructure network encompassing Beltway 4, HCM City – Thủ Dầu Một Expressway, Chơn Thành, and the New City – Suối Tiên Metro line.

Upon completion, the project is poised to meet the residential, service, entertainment, and commercial needs of over 80,000 professionals, engineers, and intellectuals employed in the VSIP II Industrial Park, VSIP III, and neighbouring industrial zones.

Additionally, a significant moment during the event was the strategic collaboration agreement between VSIP Investors and Meet One Global Company in developing a retail brand network and exploring commercial services and F&B options.

Meet One Global, with its substantial experience in working with distinguished F&B, retail, and service brands such as Lotteria, Hoàng Yến, GS25 and Fresh Beer Hanoi, is aligned with the development direction of the Sun Casa urban region within VSIP II.

This approach underscores the promise of VSIP, not only in constructing homes but also in shaping a living environment rich in value. The inclusion of retail brands is set to infuse vitality into the entire project, creating a lively urban landscape by day and a vibrant ambiance by night.

In doing so, Sun Casa Square and its product line are destined to become the focal point for "Residence - Investment - Diverse Experiences," catering to the discerning living standards of the international professional community and local residents. This commitment serves as a solid assurance of continuously appreciating investors' assets and optimising revenue streams through leasing activities.

VSIP is a joint venture between the Becamex IDC Corporation (Việt Nam) and a group of Singaporean investors spearheaded by Sembcorp Development. With three decades of establishment and progression, VSIP has evolved from a conventional industrial park developer into an emblem of an internationally standardised Industrial - Urban - Service ecosystem.
