The 2026 edition is expected to bring together 300 exhibitors and 9,000 industry attendees from 40 countries and territories, setting a new benchmark for scale and international participation.

The expo features six international pavilions from the EU, Japan, the Republic of Korea, China, India and Thailand, showcasing raw materials, advanced ingredient solutions and processing technologies.

Six themed zones cover health, natural, beverage, pet food, probiotic and functional ingredients, while a Hosted Buyer Programme connects qualified buyers with selected suppliers.

Speaking at a press briefing on Thursday, Rose Chitanuwat, regional portfolio director – ASEAN at Informa Markets, the expo’s organiser, said as Việt Nam emerges as one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic food and beverage markets, Fi Vietnam 2026 marks its largest edition to date, further strengthening its position as a leading platform for innovation, sourcing, and business growth.

In collaboration with leading Vietnamese associations, the event will feature a series of specialised industry conferences, offering insights into growth opportunities, market dynamics and industry demands, Chitanuwat said.

The Halal Day @ Fi Vietnam will be one of the event’s highlights, featuring a Halal conference, networking and a product showcase.

This initiative highlights the rising relevance of halal standards in Việt Nam while opening new opportunities for businesses to access both domestic and international markets.

Fi Vietnam is part of the Fi Global series, organised by Informa Markets.
