TCG offers POD services for customised items ranging from clothing, decorations and gifts to household goods.

A representative of TCG said that the company chose to open the office in Việt Nam due to the huge demand for POD services in the country.

Many Vietnamese businesses are exporting products to European and US markets, which aligns with the group's strengths.

The group currently operates its B2B activities under the umbrella brand merchOne, a POD fulfillment platform.

While this platform serves a range of B2B clients, resellers are TCG's primary target in Việt Nam and were a key reason for its entry into the market.

TCG currently operates five production facilities in the US and Europe, supplying personalised products to more than 170 countries worldwide.
