DIGI-TEXX Vietnam expands footprint with new hub in HCM City

DIGI-TEXX Vietnam, a German-invested business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, on January 29 officially opened its third operation centre, the Binh Phu office, in HCM City City, marking a strategic step to strengthen its multilingual and AI-enabled service capabilities.

Located in Bình Phú Ward, the office allows DIGI-TEXX to tap into a dense pool of Chinese-Vietnamese talent.

This community’s native-level language proficiency and cultural insight provide the company with a competitive edge in delivering Chinese, English, Vietnamese and multilingual customer services to international clients.

“Digital services depend on people as much as technology,” said founder and chairman Frank Schellenberg. “By investing in Bình Phú, we are building a talent hub with a deep-rooted understanding of our clients’ regional markets, languages, and operating contexts.”

The 600-square-metre facility is designed to accommodate up to 500 employees working in 24/7 shifts.

It completes DIGI-TEXX’s operational structure in Việt Nam, alongside in Quang Trung Software City, which focuses on management and technology research and development, and the Hậu Giang Centre, dedicated to large-scale, high-volume data processing.

The Bình Phú office will serve as a specialised hub for multilingual customer services, content moderation and customised client requirements.

The new centre is purpose-built to support high-growth sectors such as AI data solutions, including high-precision data annotation for clients in the US, Germany and South Korea, as well as multilingual content moderation, market quality reviews for global e-commerce platforms, and round-the-clock IT helpdesk and omnichannel support for the Asia-Pacific region.

Operating under strict international security standards, the Bình Phú facility features enterprise-grade access control and secure data environments, ensuring compliance and transparency in cross-border digital operations.
