Salesforce, the global leader in AI CRM, on December 11, announced the availability of Agentforce in Vietnamese, marking a significant step toward the agentic era in Việt Nam.

Businesses will now be able to leverage Agentforce Service and Employee Agent in Vietnamese to accelerate their digital transformation, deliver superior customer experiences, and enhance the efficiency of their business operations.

With the support, businesses can accelerate their transformation into Agentic Enterprises, a new model of work where AI elevates people rather than replacing them. In an Agentic Enterprise, every team operates with 24/7 intelligence: sales leads are never missed, service never sleeps, and every employee has an AI partner that helps them move faster and make smarter decisions. The result is a new era of productivity, customer connection, and growth.

Agentforce Service & Employee Agent are part of Customer 360 Apps within Agentforce 360, the world’s first platform designed to connect humans and AI agents in one trusted system that redefines how work gets done in the age of AI. Unveiled at Dreamforce in October 2025, Agentforce 360 is built on the foundation of Salesforce as the world’s most trusted customer platform for 26 years.

The very technology that has powered CRM, automation, and analytics now powers AI agents capable of turning every workflow into intelligence, every employee into a multiplier, and every customer interaction into a moment of impact.

Việt Nam’s Government has set ambitious goals for rapid economic growth, aiming to become a high-income developed country by 2045. AI is central to realising this economic vision, and is expected to contribute as much as US$79.3 billion, nearly 12 per cent of Việt Nam’s current GDP, by 2030.
