Becamex Tokyu, AEON Vietnam organise the tree plantation festival

BECAMEX TOKYU Co Ltd cooperated with AEON Vietnam Co Ltd to organise a tree planting ceremony at Midori Park Square Commercial Area, Bình Dương Ward, HCM City on November 8.

BECAMEX TOKYU Co Ltd partnered with AEON Vietnam Co Ltd to host a tree planting ceremony at Midori Park Square Commercial Area in Bình Dương Ward, HCM City last week.

Under the theme 'Homeland Forest,' the event marked a key step towards the official opening of Midori Park Square at the end of November 2025, with nearly 1,500 trees planted to promote green growth, sustainability and harmony with nature. 

The ceremony demonstrated the strong partnership between the two companies and the local community, and reinforcing their commitment to a green and sustainable future.

Since 1991, AEON has launched tree planting initiatives aimed at preserving and developing the natural environment, and this programme has become one of its signature environmental activities.

“AEON tree planting activities are based on our management philosophy that retail is a business that grows with the community. We believe that the trees planted today at MIDORI PARK SQUARE will play an important role in creating a greener, more sustainable environment for the community and enriching local lives,” said Tezuka Daisuke, Executive Officer, Chief Vietnam Business Officer of AEON (Japan) and General Director of AEON Vietnam.

In addition to the presence of MIDORI PARK SQUARE Commercial Area, the strategic tenant of AEON Bình Dương Midori Park General Merchandise Center and Lean Supermarket will also put into operation a supermarket area of over 2,830 sq.m. 

MIDORI PARK SQUARE Commercial Area and AEON Bình Dương Midori Park Department Store & Supermarket are expected to come into operation by the end of November 2025.
