Renova Cloud signs landmark AI deal with AWS in Việt Nam

Cloud consultancy Renova Cloud has become the first AWS Partner in Việt Nam to sign a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS), aimed at accelerating the adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) across industries.

As an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, Renova Cloud supports businesses in deploying scalable and secure GenAI applications across sectors including finance, retail, manufacturing and enterprise IT.

One key success is SMARTY, an AI-powered investment assistant co-developed with ACB Securities (ACBS) using Amazon Bedrock, which is now integrated into ACBS’s SMART trading app. In the retail sector, solutions such as RenoSight are helping firms enhance shelf analytics and improve product quality checks.

In September, the company launched the Renova AI Factory, an innovation hub in HCM City designed to incubate GenAI solutions and foster co-creation with enterprise clients.

“This agreement marks a significant step in scaling real-world AI applications in Việt Nam,” said Renova Cloud CEO Doron Shachar. “With AWS, we’re helping local businesses turn bold ambitions into tangible impact.”

AWS’s ASEAN Partner Lead Kirsten Gilbertson said the collaboration reflects strong GenAI momentum in Việt Nam, with partners like Renova playing a key role in enabling secure, enterprise-ready solutions.

Renova Cloud was named AWS Partner of the Year in Việt Nam in both 2023 and 2024, and now aims to lead the country’s GenAI transformation through the new SCA.
