The People's Committee of An Lạc ward in HCM City, in coordination with the Arobid Technology Joint Stock Company, launched Việt Nam’s first local-level business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce platform on Tuesday, marking a new step in building a digital economy ecosystem and supporting local enterprises in global integration.

With the message 'Connect – Cooperate – Develop Sustainably', the 'An Lac Business Hub' platform, at phuongAnLac.Arobid.com, is expected to serve as a comprehensive digital trade gateway.

It will enable local businesses to directly access a network of importers, distributors, buyers and domestic and international investment funds. The platform aims to help enterprises accelerate digital transformation, boost competitiveness, seek partnerships and expand exports through a single digital channel.

At the launch, businesses and guests experienced Arobid.com, a pioneering B2B platform that integrates online exhibitions, 3D/VR technology, big data, and AI.

Chairman of the Arobid Technology JSC Trần Văn Chín said the launch represents a strategic move towards creating a holistic digital ecosystem that assists businesses in An Lạc and HCM City at large to digitalise commerce and boost B2B ties.

The company is committed to working with local authorities and the business community to make An Lac a model of digital transformation at the grassroots level, he said.

Lê Trường Hải Hiếu, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the People’s Council of An Lạc ward, expressed strong support for the initiative, describing digital transformation as a core driver of economic growth.

He noted that in its 2025–30 term, the ward aims to leverage digital technology to promote economic growth in HCM City’s western area, turning An Lạc into an important trade and logistics hub of the city.
