Central Retail opens new go! supermarket in Đồng Tháp Province

Central Retail Vietnam on October 8 got its fourth mini go! store in Đồng Tháp Province with the opening of the go! Gò Công Tây supermarket.

Its 15th store of its kind in the country follows Central Retail’s modern “Eat – Shop – Play” model, offering a range of products and services like essential goods and fresh food to household items and entertainment.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Trần Quốc Bình, Party Secretary of Vĩnh Bình Commune, said the opening of the go! store marks an important milestone in both the company and locality’s development journey.

Beyond being a shopping destination, it also promotes local agricultural products, creates stable jobs for locals, enhances social welfare and transforms the commune’s rural landscape, contributing to the goal of building a modern new-style rural area, he said

Olivier Langlet, CEO of Central Retail Vietnam, said mini go! Gò Công Tây is designed as “a destination for the whole family” with quality products, affordable prices and enjoyable experiences.

Its opening marks another step in Central Retail’s ongoing effort to expand its footprint in southern Việt Nam and contribute to local socio-economic growth.
