HCM CITY — Việt Nam is emerging as a key stage for global brands and local businesses shaping the future of sustainable growth in Asia, speakers said at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) 2025 held on Wednesday in HCM City.

The APEA 2025 honoured outstanding businesses and entrepreneurs from across the region, celebrating innovation, resilience and commitment to sustainable development.

Organised by Enterprise Asia, the APEA is regarded as one of the region’s most prestigious business accolades, spanning 16 countries and territories.

The annual event recognises enterprises that demonstrate exceptional leadership, creativity and social responsibility in driving Asia’s economic growth.

Among this year’s honourees, Swiss technology brand Logitech received the Inspirational Brand of the Year award for its success in combining human-centred design with strong social values.

The Inspirational Brand Award recognises companies that inspire communities through creativity, innovation and meaningful engagement.

APEA 2025 highlighted the growing influence of purpose-driven enterprises across Asia.

According to Enterprise Asia, sustainable growth increasingly depends on innovation aligned with social and environmental impact — a philosophy shared by this year’s winners.

Founded in 2007, APEA has become a leading platform for recognising excellence in entrepreneurship and corporate leadership across the Asia-Pacific region.

The programme not only honours top-performing enterprises but also promotes cross-border collaboration and responsible innovation.

This year’s ceremony in HCM City reflected Việt Nam’s expanding role as a regional hub for enterprise, technology and innovation.

The recognition of both local and international brands underscored the country’s importance in Asia-Pacific’s evolving business landscape.
