With signs of slowing domestic purchasing power, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) has launched the national promotion programme, the 2025 Vietnam Grand Sale, aiming to ignite consumer demand and support businesses in expanding their markets.

Running from December 1 this year to January 18 next year, the nationwide campaign offers numerous discounts, promotions and gifts over nearly two months, helping consumers access quality goods at affordable prices.

For businesses, the programme presents an opportunity not only to boost sales but also to reposition brands, widen distribution channels and gear up for the crucial year-end shopping season.

MoIT has directed local industry and trade departments to lead the programme’s implementation at the regional level, working closely with industry associations, businesses and distribution networks.

The Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency will oversee and report on the programme’s progress, addressing any challenges promptly, while the ministry’s media agencies will promote the campaign widely to engage the public.
