Led by Trang Lê, country head of JLL, a global real estate and investment management company, it will delve deep into sectors that are experiencing rapid growth and attracting significant investor interest.

Jon Cannon, senior vice president, hotel asset management, JLL Thailand & Vietnam, said Việt Nam’s tourism industry is poised for explosive growth and has the potential to surpass major regional competitors.

Pointing out that the country's domestic tourism is projected to grow by nearly 15 per cent annually, he said it is aiming for over 160 million visitors over the next five years.

International operators are very optimistic about the Vietnamese market because “there is still significant untapped potential for brand development,” he said.

Emerging destinations like Phú Quốc, which would soon host the ASEAN Summit, are playing an important role in “elevating Việt Nam's tourism profile on the international map,” he added.

Besides the hospitality sector, the podcast will also focus on the industrial and logistics market, where Việt Nam is benefiting from regional production shifts and strong growth of e-commerce.

Will Tran, senior director, leasing advisory, JLL Vietnam, said: “Việt Nam is in a promising growth phase. Stable labour costs and the Government's rapid reforms are creating an increasingly open, transparent and attractive investment environment.”

With respect to foreign capital flows, he said the market shows a clear differentiation with the northern region primarily attracting businesses from China and the southern region being a preferred destination for investors from South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, and Europe.

Đàm Trà My, director of marketing and communications, JLL Vietnam, said: “Through the in-depth content of Season 3, we aim to provide the most current and practical observations and commentary, reflecting Việt Nam's increasingly prominent role in the region, from hospitality to industrial and logistics.

“These are not only fast-growing sectors but also affirm Việt Nam's strategic position amid the restructuring of regional and international supply chains.”
