Huawei Việt Nam has launched the 10th season of its flagship talent programme Seeds for the Future 2025, marking a decade of nurturing young talent in the country.

Running from September to October, this year’s programme expands its scale, selecting hundreds of students nationwide with a passion for technology.

Participants will explore cutting-edge fields such as 5G, artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud computing, while engaging with international experts, multicultural team projects and global networking opportunities.

Three of the most outstanding students will represent Việt Nam at the Seeds for the Future Global Week in Shenzhen, China, from October 19 to 25. Together with peers from more than 100 countries, they will join workshops, innovation projects and cultural exchanges, while serving as youth ambassadors to showcase Vietnamese culture abroad.

Launched globally in 2008, Seeds for the Future is part of Huawei’s corporate social responsibility initiatives. The programme has so far collaborated with more than 500 universities in 140 countries, attracting over 19,000 outstanding students.

Since its introduction in Việt Nam in 2015, the programme has awarded nearly 200 scholarships to top students from leading universities and academies. For many, it has become a stepping stone to careers in innovation and digital transformation, while connecting Vietnamese students to global ICT trends.

Huawei Việt Nam said the 10th season marks an important milestone, building on the foundation of the past nine years to expand opportunities for young Vietnamese talent. The company expressed its commitment to continue developing a high-quality digital workforce, helping the next generation contribute to Việt Nam’s sustainable growth and digital future.
