Frasers Property Vietnam honoured at Hubexo Asia Awards
Frasers Property Vietnam has once again been named among the Top 10 Leading Developers at the 2025 Hubexo Asia Awards, held in mid-June in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Top 10 Leading Developers 2025 category recognises companies that have made outstanding contributions in shaping the urban landscape of Vietnam.
To be honoured in this category, companies must meet strict criteria set by the awards committee, including the scale of projects implemented, construction value, contribution to sustainable architecture, and optimisation of urban living standards. The projects developed by these companies are not only iconic, but also reflect green building trends and innovation.

Frasers Property Vietnam (FPV) has left a strong impression through its role in leading the real estate market by developing large-scale industrial parks, commercial office spaces, and residential projects that contribute to the dynamic real estate picture across the country.
What makes this award particularly significant is FPV’s commitment to developing premium, large-scale industrial real estate projects from North to South Vietnam.
Some standout projects have pioneered the development of its Premium Estates concept in Vietnam.
The key difference of the Premium Estates concept compared to traditional concept lies in the integration of industrial development with urbanisation, synchronised infrastructure, and a focus on sustainable development. This concept requires the inclusion of amenities, rather than just basic factory spaces.
By integrating high-end real estate concepts into industrial park development, FPV aims to meet the demands of higher-end market segments. This is reflected in the incorporation of design, operations, and management elements that are green-oriented and customer-centric, aiming to create a healthy, sustainable working environment while improving worker productivity.
In developing its industrial projects, FPV has implemented substantial green coverage along with providing its Industrial Service Centre (ISC) that integrate environmentally friendly features such as outdoor sports areas and open relaxation spaces.
Additionally, FPV is developing a comprehensive service called “Life-cycle Support” to assist tenants before, during, and after their relocation and settlement.
Life-cycle Support is designed to offer integrated, long-term service solutions that accompany each project throughout its entire life cycle. This approach covers all phases, from planning, design, and construction to operation, maintenance, and eventual regeneration or transformation.
Through the implementation of the Life-cycle Support service, FPV aims to ensure optimal asset performance, cost-efficiency, and environmental sustainability, affirming its commitment to customer satisfaction and developing future-ready real estate.
At the end of 2022, FPV became the first real estate company in Vietnam to be recognised by the Science Based Targets initiative for its greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets.
FPV proudly shared its strong performance in the 2023 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark, particularly in operational efficiency, and environmental, social, and governance indicators.
In the commercial segment, the Grade A Melinh Point office building in District 1 received two of the highest green building certifications: LEED Platinum and BCA Green Mark Platinum from Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority. Worc@Q2, a modern office building within the Q2 Thao Dien residential mixed-use development in Thu Duc, also received LEED Gold certification.
In the industrial segment, FPV’s industrial and logistics estates in Vietnam have also been on track to achieve LEED certifications. Notable examples include the Eco Logistics Centre in Binh Duong obtained LEED Certified.
BDIP Premium Industrial Park with its ISC certified the EDGE Advanced, while its built-to-suit sorting centre has also obtained EDGE certification.
Industrial Centre Yen Phong 2C has achieved LEED Gold certification for its ready-built factory and LEED Silver for its ready-built warehouse. Industrial Centre Dong Mai has received LEED Gold certification.

These rigorous international standards are used to evaluate the energy efficiency and environmental protection performance of buildings, offering one of the most comprehensive green benchmarks for human living spaces. They also serve as a solid endorsement for the sustainable and eco-friendly industrial projects developed by FPV.
