Hòa Phát Group has announced its entry into the high-end flooring market, marking a strategic expansion of its product ecosystem and enhancing its value chain in container manufacturing.

The company will focus on manufacturing various types of engineered wood panels, including container flooring and premium structural boards for both domestic consumption and export markets.

The company has invested in a state-of-the-art factory located at Lot 35, Road D.12, Châu Đức Industrial Park, Nghĩa Thành Commune, Châu Đức District, Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu Province. The facility is designed with an annual capacity of 70,000 cubic metres, equivalent to 2.5 million square metres of finished flooring.

Utilising advanced hot-pressing technology, the factory operates with a pressing force of up to 2,800 tonnes – among the highest in the industry.

According to the group’s long-term strategy, 20 per cent of the plant’s output will be allocated for container production, while 80 per cent will cater to high-performance applications in interior design, transportation, and construction.

“Hòa Phát will not only produce container flooring but also high-grade boards to meet the demands of multiple industries both at home and abroad,” said Trần Đình Long, chairman of Hòa Phát Group.

“Our target is to become one of the top three flooring manufacturers in Việt Nam by 2030.”

With these technological advantages, Hòa Phát is confident in its ability to supply high-quality flooring solutions for both domestic and international markets, further solidifying its position as a diversified industrial leader.
