Starbucks Vietnam officially reintroduces its reserve concept in HCM City with the opening of the Starbucks Reserve Bitexco in HCM City.

This new store comes months after the closure of their reserve store on Hàn Thuyên Street, District 1.

According to Starbucks, the new store situated in the Bitexco Financial Centre provides a unique coffee experience, combining the elegance of Starbucks Reserve with the artistry of a mixology bar in a beautifully crafted space.

“This store not only marks the return of Reserve but also introduces our first-ever mixology bar in HCM City, blending Starbucks' signature coffee flavours with the art of cocktail making. The store is the second store we've opened this year and highlights our commitment to listening to our customers and continually delivering innovative experiences," said Hồ Mai Hồ, general manager of Starbucks Vietnam.

The store spans two meticulously designed floors, with the first floor dedicated to serving the primary Starbucks menu, and the second floor featuring the reserve counter and mixology bar for an elevated coffee and cocktail experience.

The store showcases Starbucks OVISO — an espresso machine designed to elevate the craft of espresso. Exclusive to Việt Nam’s two newest reserve stores — Starbucks Reserve Quang Trung in Hà Nội and Starbucks Reserve Bitexco in HCM City — the OVISO enhances the connection between baristas and customers through its innovative bottom-fill shot and milk steaming technologies.

This opening marks Starbucks' commitment towards achieving its goal of having 235 stores nationwide by June of this year.

Starbucks also revealed plans for one more reserve store to open in District 1 of HCM City by the end of the first half of this year. Additionally, the first stores in Long Xuyên and Quy Nhơn are set to open soon.
