Organised by Messe Frankfurt and VIETRADE, this wide-ranging event features over 400 exhibitors from over 20 international markets, showcasing apparel fabrics, yarns, fibres, garments, home textiles, technical textiles, and the latest textile technologies.

VIATT’s fringe activities showcase the vibrancy of the garments, textiles, and design communities. Two runway shows will open on the first day, featuring acclaimed Vietnamese designer Vu Viet Ha’s latest collection, and French designer Manix Wong’s menswear line up later in the afternoon.

Industry professionals seeking more in-depth insights can look forward to three panel discussions.

The first session on innovations in sustainability for the industry will bring together experts from organisations such as HKRITA, AiDLab, and Sorona.

The second discussion will put the spotlight on young Vietnamese design entrepreneurs, including representatives from Redress and pioneering eco-driven brands like Ecosoi VN, Passii, and KHAAR.

Finally, in partnership with VDAS Design Association Ho Chi Minh City and VMARK Vietnam Design Award, the third panel will explore sustainable interiors and smart textiles, featuring an international roster of speakers.

Running concurrently with the fair, February 26 will also see the 2025 VCICS – Vietnam and China Investment Cooperation Summit, creating an unparalleled opportunity for global stakeholders to network and explore future collaborations.

Organised by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles and Messe Frankfurt, the summit will offer a platform for policy leaders, financial experts, and consultancies to examine Vietnam’s evolving investment landscape.

Through focused discussions and a concluding panel on the pros and cons of investing in Vietnam, delegates will gain valuable insights on navigating market opportunities and challenges. The summit commences with a reception at 1:45 pm, followed by the main programme from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Drawing on Messe Frankfurt’s decades of experience in garments and textiles fairs worldwide, VIATT underscores innovation and sustainability–key themes shaping the future of global textiles. This year, the new European Zone will host exhibitors from France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, Turkey, and the UK, while major Asian players will be represented by pavilions from India, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand.

Meanwhile, the Innovation and Digital Solutions Zone will highlight breakthroughs such as 3D printing, AI-driven design, and digital printing, enabling manufacturers to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and customise products for diverse market needs.

Sustainability also takes centre stage through the fair’s overarching 'Econogy' concept, bringing together ecological responsibility and economic viability.

This includes:

The Econogy Hub (an area for eco-friendly suppliers)

The Econogy Finder (an independent verification tool for green exhibitors), and

The Econogy Talks (seminars and discussions dedicated to sustainable best practices).

With its blend of fashion, innovation, and sustainability, VIATT remains an unmissable platform for textiles professionals seeking to stay ahead of industry trends while capitalising on Vietnam’s strategic position in the global supply chain.

Whether attendees are looking to source new fabrics, discover advanced yarns and fibres, or explore state-of-the-art machinery and software, VIATT promises three days of dynamic opportunities to engage with top players in the industry.
