Work starts on the construction of the Phan Rang Centre project in Ninh Thuận

Việt Nam Mỹ Nhật JSC held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Phan Rang Centre project in Phan Rang – Tháp Chàm City, Ninh Thuận Province on January 16.

Located in the centre of the city, the VNĐ864 billion (US$35 million)  project will function as a commercial centre, with offices for rent, hotel accommodation and a residential area, combined with commercial spaces and a park.

The centre aims to provide high-quality and modern services to customers and residents as a symbol of the socio-economic development of Phan Rang-Tháp Chàm City.

According to the Việt Nam Mỹ Nhật JSC General Director Nguyễn Hữu Chí Khoa, during the first phase of the project, the company will build a 34-unit housing complex, alongside commercial and rhythmic light park squares, with a total investment of more than VNĐ132 billion. Phase 2 will include the construction of a 30-storey Phan Rang Centre building with many living amenities, with a total investment of more than VNĐ585 billion.

The project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation within the next 48 months and to be operational for a term of 50 years.
