SSIAM, Digi Invest distribute mutual funds on MBBank app

SSI Asset Management Co Ltd and Digi Invest Joint Stock Company have partnered to distribute SSIAM's top-tier mutual funds through the Digi Trading platform on the MBBank app.

Digi Invest will distribute the SSI Sustainable Competitive Advantage Fund and the SSI Bond Investment Fund.

SSI-SCA, an open-ended equity fund, has consistently ranked among the top performers in the market for years, with a 2024 return of 33.5 per cent and an average annual return of 19.7 per cent over the past three years.

SSIBF, a short-term bond fund, achieved a yield of 6.5 per cent per annum for a three-month term, significantly outperforming bank deposit rates.

Nguyễn Ngọc Anh, CEO of SSIAM, said: “The collaboration between SSIAM and Digi Invest is a testament to the proactiveness of financial institutions in seeking flexible investment solutions to deliver greater benefits to investors.

In recent years, the fintech sector in Việt Nam has experienced robust growth, creating new opportunities for digital investment.

Statista projected digital investment revenues to rise to US$76.83 million in 2024 from a mere $1.69 million in 2020.

According to data from the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, at the end of last year there were more than 1.62 million mutual fund trading accounts, a 26 per cent increase from 2023.
