Located along Dang Van Tron Street in Hiep Hoa Ward, also known as Cu Lao Pho - an island of Bien Hoa City, the project, named Aeon Mall Bien Hoa, will cover nearly 12 hectares, with over 10 hectares allocated for the shopping mall and 1.5 hectares for surrounding infrastructure, including three connecting roads.

The eight-story shopping mall will feature modern architecture and include a wide array of services such as dining, kid zones, event spaces, and leasing opportunities.

It will also host premium products from renowned brands and offer services meeting international standards, making it one of the largest and most modern malls in the region.

Expected to open in 2027, the mall is projected to welcome approximately 10 million visitors annually.

He said that it is expected to be a prominent destination for shopping, leisure, and tourism on Cu Lao Pho.

Work on the project is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2025.

The official urged local authorities and agencies to treat the project as a priority, providing support to resolve any challenges quickly and creating favorable conditions for its completion.

He called on Viet Phat Group, Aeon Mall Vietnam - an arm of Japanese retailer Aeon, and their partners to focus resources on finalizing legal procedures and accelerating construction, so as to put the project into operation on schedule.
