Eaton Park celebrates double triumph at Asia Property Awards 2024

Eaton Park, developed by renowned Malaysian firm Gamuda Land, secured two awards at the 19th Asia Property Awards 2024 on December 13in Bangkok, Thailand.

Eaton Park was honoured with the titles of “Best Waterfront Condo Development (Asia)” and “Best Condo Landscape Design (Asia)”.

In a highly competitive assessment process, Eaton Park triumphed over other distinguished projects from renowned island nations such as Sri Lanka and the Philippines, which are renowned for their prime coastal locations.

Furthermore, it surpassed exceptional high-rise developments from prominent developers in Hong Kong and Singapore. This outstanding achievement has positioned Eaton Park as one of the most significant projects in the Asian real estate market.

This continental recognition follows an earlier success at the national level, where Eaton Park dominated the apartment category at the Vietnam Property Awards 2024 in mid-November, winning six major awards. This reinforced its reputation as the “blockbuster of the year” in the Vietnamese real estate market.

The excellence of Eaton Park is not only attributed to its groundbreaking, high-end, and luxurious design, but also to its commitment to sustainability.

The towers have all received EDGE Green Building certification, an international standard from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), recognising its dedication to environmental protection and sustainable development. This certification reflects Gamuda Land's ongoing commitment to ensuring that Eaton Park adheres to the highest environmental standards throughout its development and operations.

Since its official launch in May, Eaton Park has swiftly established itself as a standout development in Ho Chi Minh City. The initial phase of the develpoment sold out within just one month, underscoring its strong market demand. Building on this success, the second sales phase, launched earlier this month, achieved an extraordinary 99 per cent absorption rate within less than a week, further attesting to its immense appeal.

“The exceptional demand for Eaton Park’s units reflects the strong trust that homeowners and investors have in our developments,” said Chu Wai Lune, CEO of Gamuda Land.

Strategically located in the heart of An Phu ward, Thu Duc city, Eaton Park is one of the most prime real estate developments in Ho Chi Minh City, situated along Mai Chi Tho Street, just a 15-minute drive from District 1.

Spanning a3.77 hectares, the development includes six towers ranging from 29 to 39 floors, offering 2,052 units, including 1,968 luxury apartments with one to three bedrooms, 12 penthouses, 52 retail spaces, and 20 shophouses.

In addition to its exceptional location, Eaton Park captivates prospective buyers with its innovative design.

The six towers are harmoniously arranged in an asymmetric layout, carefully following the natural terrain, offering expansive views of the sky. Large windows, spacious balconies, and ceiling heights of up to 3.5m ensure that each apartment is filled with natural light and fresh air.

With only 37 per cent of the land used for construction, the remaining 60 per cent of the land is dedicated to infrastructure, green spaces, and community amenities. The esteemed developer has incorporated over 100 distinctive amenities to cater to the diverse needs of residents across different age groups. These include unique offerings such as snow saunas, the Cigar Lounge & Chill Bar, gourmet kitchens, and international-standard pickleball courts – amenities never before seen in a high-rise project in Ho Chi Minh City.

Eaton Park is also the first residential development in Vietnam to provide modern, specialised amenities for content creators. The project features soundproof studios, professional livestream rooms for platforms like TikTok and YouTube, and coworking spaces equipped with advanced tools to support digital work.

The project’s national and international accolades have firmly established it as one of the most sought-after properties in Vietnam, attracting a diverse range of buyers, both domestic and international.
