Gamuda Land Vietnam named Best Developer at PropertyGuru awards

Gamuda Land Vietnam was named in multiple categories at the Vietnam PropertyGuru Awards 2024 on November 15 in Ho Chi Minh City.

Notably, the company earned the distinguished title of "Best Developer" in 2024 and “Developers of the Decade”, reaffirming its pioneering position and outstanding contributions to the real estate field in Vietnam.

Gamuda Land Vietnam also won 11 additional awards for projects for The Meadow and Eaton Park developments.

Speaking at the ceremony, Angus Liew, chairman of Gamuda Land Vietnam, stated that the company was immensely proud for the recognition.

Entering the Vietnamese market in 2007, Gamuda Land is currently developing two major projects: Gamuda City in Hanoi and Celadon City in Ho Chi Minh City.

Despite the challenges faced by the real estate market, 2023 marked a successful year for Gamuda Land Vietnam with the groundbreaking of two significant projects: Artisan Park in Binh Duong province and The Meadow in Ho Chi Minh City.

Continuing its momentum, Gamuda Land will launch phase 2 of Eaton Park, a premium residential project in the east of Ho Chi Minh City at the end of 2024. In October, the commencement of Elysian further enriched Gamuda Land's diverse real estate ecosystem in Vietnam.

Beyond being a prominent foreign player, Gamuda Land is among the first developers in Vietnam to integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into its projects and operations.

Its master planning reflects meticulous consideration and balance across various factors, including architecture, infrastructure, amenities, parks, and landscapes. Gamuda Land’s projects feature a unique biophilic design, emphasising high greenery density and maximising natural light utilisation.

Thanks to strict adherence to international standards throughout project development, Gamuda Land's projects such as Eaton Park, The Meadow, Elysian, and Artisan Park have received global certifications, including LEED (awarded by the US Green Building Council), LOTUS Core and Shell (Vietnam Green Building Council), Green Mark (Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority), Green Star (Green Building Council of Australia), and EDGE (an international standard by the International Finance Corporation).

Recently, Gamuda Land Vietnam unveiled a new vision to align with the next phase of its journey with the theme " advancing regionally in shaping communities where people aspire to live and thrive for generations”.

In a modern era where individuals strive to achieve more and enhance the quality of life for future generations, Gamuda Land aims not only to provide high-quality housing solutions but also to build and promote prosperous communities that advance collectively. This new vision signifies Gamuda Land’s commitment to further expanding its footprint and influence in international markets.

In addition to the Vietnam PropertyGuru Awards 2024, Gamuda Land has earned numerous prestigious awards globally, such as The Edge Billion Ringgit Club Awards 2024, ranking among the top three companies in construction and infrastructure development in Asia-Pacific. Most recently, Gamuda Land was named Malaysia’s leading property developer and received the best quality property award for the second consecutive year at The Edge Malaysia Property Excellence Awards 2024.
