Base.vn launches two new business management apps

Base.vn, a Việt Nam-based SaaS (Software as a service) platform enterprise, on Wednesday officially launched two new products named Base CRM and Base Service that could help businesses increase revenue and reduce expenses.

The new apps were introduced at SaaS Day 2024 themed “Next-Gen: Business - Where technology is passion” held in HCM City. The event will be also held in Hà Nội and Đà Nẵng on November 22 and 28, respectively.

Since 2018, SaaS Day has become the most anticipated annual technology and business management event of the SaaS industry, showcasing the latest technologies and sharing stories of ideal business models in the digital age.

Speaking at the event, Nguyễn Thượng Tường Minh, CEO of Base.vn, said the company has worked day and night for the past eight years to launch and deploy many core management products for businesses.

“Our vision and mission is to build a comprehensive open platform for business management that provides specialised software solutions to serve the business community in Việt Nam,” he said.

The Base CRM (customer relationship management) app takes businesses through the entire sales process from product management, marketing and sales to after-sales service.

The app will unify customer data, operations and collaboration across the sales process.

Built based on block architecture, Base Service helps optimise operating costs.

This app will provide action blocks similar to Lego blocks, and empower businesses to create, assemble and combine more than 60 available applications of the Base Open Platform to create the desired operating flows.

It will help leaders clarify “blind spots” in operations, quickly handle bottlenecks, increase execution speed and optimise costs for their businesses.

In 2018, Base.vn launched Việt Nam’s first ATS (applicant tracking system), named Base E-Hiring in HCM City.

ATS, reportedly used by 90 per cent of the top 500 companies in the world, helps manage, optimise and systematise the hiring framework.

It helps address problems in the hiring process like employer branding, framework building, CV sourcing, candidate evaluation, interviewing and hiring efficiency evaluation.

Base.vn, a trailblazer in Việt Nam in SaaS, was established in 2016.

It has rolled out more than 60 applications for businesses in many areas such as human resource management, workload tracking, task management, finance, and marketing and sales.

It has more than 9,600 clients in 53 large and small-scale industries across 63 provinces and cities nationwide.
