Nam Long Group, with 32 years of development experience in the Vietnamese market, has considers sustainable business as a long-term strategy based on three main pillars: environmental protection, human resource development and community engagement, and responsible business practices.

In 2023, Nam Long focused on sustainable urban planning, developing residential communities, and engaging with local communities.

The group's “integrated township” models, such as Mizuki Park (in Binh Chanh district), Akari City (Binh Tan district), and Waterpoint (Long An province), emphasise the development of high-quality social amenities like schools, parks, multifunctional sports areas, supermarkets, and cultural-entertainment destinations.

Over the past year, Waterpoint has hosted numerous large-scale social activities, including the National Tennis Championship, New Year’s Eve fireworks, the “Sunset by the Vam Co River” community run, and a series of events celebrating the 50th anniversary of Vietnam-Japan relations in Long An.

This has enhanced Nam Long’s reputation and brand image, attracting many international partners and investors with abundant and sustainable capital.

Over the years, Nam Long has become a reputable destination for many international investors, such as the International Finance Corporation (World Bank), Keppel Land (Singapore), and Japanese investors like Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. and Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., at both company and project levels

At a session themed “Sustainable Development: Building the Foundation for a New Cycle of Vietnam Real Estate” during the awards ceremony, Nguyen Thanh Huong, group chief investment officer, shared that Nam Long Group has experienced many ups and downs in the real estate market and the Vietnamese economy over the past 30 years.

With a vision of becoming an integrated real estate group, Nam Long will continue to prioritise resources and land for products that meet real needs in its medium- and long-term plans. This approach aims to create liveable townships in developing localities, contributing to improving the urban landscape while enhancing the quality of living for Vietnamese people.

The Dot Property Awards are among the most prestigious and reputable awards in the construction and real estate industry in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, known for their rigorous and transparent evaluation process by a panel of top real estate experts.

This year, the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2024 continued to focus on sharing sustainable, resilient, and breakthrough business models that thrive in crises through internal strength, emphasising innovation to adapt and re-establish a pioneering position in the new development cycle.
