Cambodia’s economy is projected to grow by 6.3 percent in 2025
The Cambodian government has approved a draft budget of more than $9.3 billion for 2025, with economic growth projected at 6.3 percent.
This growth is anticipated through gains in key sectors, including industry (8.6 percent), services (5.6 percent), and agriculture (1.1 percent). Inflation is projected at 2.5 percent.
Cambodia’s GDP is expected to reach about $51.39 billion, and its GDP per capita is $2,429.
The 2025 budget supports institutional development, infrastructure, human resources improvement, and economic diversification. It also focuses on enhancing public services in education, health care, and justice.
The Cambodian economy is forecast to continue its recovery this year, with a growth rate of 6.6 percent, raising its per capita income to $2,071.
