Under the agreement signed on July 31 during the Vietnam-India Business Forum in New Delhi, Stempeutics will grant Hoang Lam exclusive distribution rights for stem cell products in Vietnam. The Vietnamese business will be able to use cutting-edge stem cell techniques and advances in Vietnam.

The two companies will also work together to establish a laboratory in Vietnam. Research products will be tested in some selected tertiary hospitals.

Hoang Lam will provide the Indian company with the necessary assistance to obtain regulatory approvals for research and testing of stem cell products in Vietnam.

Stempeutics has the world's first approved stem cell product for the treatment of symptoms associated with diabetes and bone and joint conditions.
