Procimex Viet Nam JSC announced change in personnel as follows:
- Ms. Ly Thu Quynh has been re-appointed Chair of the BOD for term 2024-2029 with effect since 28/06/2024
- Mr. Nguyen Tien Duc has been re-appointed Person in-charge of Corporate Governance cum Company's Secretary with effect since 01/07/2024
- Ms. Bui Thuc Nguyen has been re-appointed Chief of the Supervisory Board for term 2024-2029 with effect since 28/06/2024
