The 17th International Exhibition on Electrical Technology & Equipment (Vietnam ETE) and Products of Energy Saving & Green Energy (Enertec Expo) 2024 features nearly 500 booths.
Many business people attributed such a large number of exhibitors at the event to Vietnam’s strong green transition.
Among these exhibitors in the electrical technology and green energy industries are ABB Vietnam, Gelex Group JSC, LS Vina Cable & System JSC, BTB Electric - headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, and Solar E Company.
The annual event has been considered the biggest destination for firms active in electrical technology and equipment, as well as in green and renewable energy fields in Ho Chi Minh City over the past many years.
This year’s three-day expo includes a business-to-business networking session for Vietnamese enterprises and participating foreign partners, along with a seminar discussing the current demand and opportunities for the growth of the electrical equipment industry in the southern metropolis.
Nguyen Thi Kim Ngoc, deputy head of the municipal Department of Industry and Trade, said that the gathering of local and international brands in the electrical technology and energy sectors would contribute to driving up the development of the industries in Vietnam.
The event wraps up on Friday.
