The renovation will feature a public square in front of the iconic market, serving as a focal point and connecting Pham Hong Thai and Ham Nghi Streets.

Le Loi Boulevard, recognized as a commercial thoroughfare, will include several areas designated for pedestrians.

The renovation project will include a square, roads, sidewalks, and other supporting components.

To enhance the appeal of the surroundings of Ben Thanh Market, four areas will undergo a captivating transformation.

The first area covering some 23,320 square meters is encircled by Phan Boi Chau, Phan Chu Trinh, and Le Thanh Ton Streets, as well as the square in front of the market.

The second area, covering 2,475 square meters, will be situated in front of the headquarters of Saigon Railway Transport JSC. The third area, spanning 8,210 square meters, has been designated in front of the Ben Thanh Quadrangle project.

The final area spanning 11,830 square meters is designed to be situated near September 23 Park.
