DMC-Northern Petrolium Chemicals Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Ms. Phan Thi Ban has been appointed Member of the BOD for term 2023-2028 with effect since 26/04/2024
- Mr. Pham Bao Ngoc has been appointed Member of the BOD for term 2023-2028 with effect since 26/04/2024
- Mr. Nguyen Dinh Truong Giang has been appointed Member of the Supervisory Board for term 2023-2028 with effect since 26/04/2024
- Ms. Tran Thi Kim Cuc has been appointed Member of the Supervisory Board for term 2023-2028 with effect since 26/04/2024
- Mr. Nguyen Duc Hanh has been dismissed from Member of the BOD with effect since 26/04/2024
- Mr. Nguyen Duy Tung has been dismissed from Member of the BOD with effect since 26/04/2024
- Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Lan has been dismissed from Member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 26/04/2024
