The program offers discounts and promotions of up to 100% off the regular price.

The event features a 100-booth trade fair showcasing promotional products. It also includes on-site and online stimulus campaigns, as well as product, service, and culinary experiences for consumers.

In her opening remarks, Acting Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade Tran Thi Phuong Lan said that the program is one of the initiatives to stimulate domestic demand and increase the total retail sales of goods and consumer services revenue.

In July and November this year, there will be a series of trade promotion programs with the participation of 1,000 to 2,000 enterprises.

"The program is also expected to stimulate consumer spending by providing quality products at discounted prices," she said.

In November, Hanoi Promotion Month 2024 will be held at around 800-1,000 retail locations and 50 golden promotion sites across the city, with discounts of up to 100%. Further activities are the Hanoi cultural and trade promotion activities, the Hanoi mega-sale, and the "Golden Day's shocking price" event.

The highlight will be the Hanoi Midnight Sale 2024, which is expected to take place from November 29 to 30, attracting around 200 companies, five to ten supermarkets, and shopping malls.

In addition, there are other activities to stimulate consumption and promote trade, such as Consumer Goods and Products Fair; Hanoi Safe Agricultural and Food Products Fair; Fruit and Agricultural Products Week from other provinces and cities in Hanoi; Hanoi Green Products for Consumers 2024 Fair, and others.
