     * Annual General Meeting 2024
          - Exercise rate: 01 share - 01 voting rights
          - Date: Expected in April 2024 (to be confirmed in the Invitation Letter)
          - Place: To be confirmed in the Invitation Letter
          - Agenda: To be confirmed in the Invitation Letter
     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Payment form: 2022 dividend payment in cash
          - Exercise rate: 7% (shareholders receive VND 700 for every 01 share owned)
          - Exercise date: 24/04/2024
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
