Becamex Tokyu ushers in new era with first luxury condo project in Binh Duong New City

Renowned as a reputable Japanese developer, Becamex Tokyu has been instrumental in shaping the urban landscape of Binh Duong New City, situated just outside Ho Chi Minh City. Over the span of 12 years, the company has successfully undertaken condominium projects including SORA Gardens I, II, The VIEW, and MIDORI PARK.

Becamex Tokyu has also developed the Hikari Commercial Area and SORA Gardens SC (Shopping Center).

Leveraging robust financial backing from the joint venture between Becamex IDC Corporation and Tokyu Group, Becamex Tokyu stands out as one of the resilient developers navigating through challenging times amid the dual economic setbacks of COVID-19 in 2021-22 and a cooling real estate market.

Given the continuous launch of diverse condominium projects in recent times, including milestones like the topping out of The GLORY project with 1,000 apartments set for handover in 2024, Becamex Tokyu has demonstrated its ability to overcome adversities.

Building on that success, Becamex Tokyu further energized the southern real estate market by hosting the groundbreaking ceremony for the first Class-A condominium project named MIDORI PARK The TEN in Binh Duong New City on Friday morning.

Positioned at the core of the New City and in the 63-hectare MIDORI PARK, the project is slated for completion in 2025.

With 56 percent of the project dedicated to green areas and water surfaces, MIDORI PARK The TEN embraces sustainable living values.

Notably, the materials employed in the project aim to preserve their "natural properties," marking a pioneering approach in Vietnam.

This commitment contributes to shaping a distinctive and harmonious esthetic for the entire development.

The design of MIDORI PARK The TEN features noteworthy elements such as impressive ceiling heights reaching up to 3.5 meters, a glass coverage density exceeding 70 percent, and the utilization of Low-E (Low Emissivity) insulating glass to help block external heat from entering the apartment, contributing to temperature regulation in the unit.

The TEN is the first project in southern Vietnam to implement this advanced glass technology.

The developer has thoughtfully incorporated the first Japanese-standard hot bath Onsen in the public utility area, exclusively for the residents of The TEN. This marks a pioneering feature, making The TEN the first luxury condominium project in Binh Duong to offer this facility.

Such elite living space is further enhanced when the number of apartments is limited to only 300 on 10 floors. Each apartment has a unique design, creating the owner's mark.

The TEN is set to establish an entirely new standard of living, embodying the TOKYU Garden City ecosystem with advancements in seven key environmental factors: education, work, transportation, medical services, culture/entertainment, information communications & technologies (ICT), and the ongoing enhancement of natural surroundings.

In 2024, Binh Duong is poised to uphold its status as the foremost province in Vietnam for attracting FDI.

The objective is to position Binh Duong as a preferred residential destination for discerning individuals who appreciate architectural excellence, sustainable construction, and thoughtful design.

Becamex Tokyu believes that MIDORI PARK The TEN will shape the concept of "high-class" living, creating an elite community in Binh Duong.
