Nearly 70 businesses join trade fair promoting typical products in Quang Ngai

This is an opportunity for enterprises to to find partners, networks, supply chains, and connect with investment promotion agencies.

The trade fair promoting typical products attracted nearly 70 enterprises from industrial parks, economic zones, and high-tech zones in the Central Coast and Central Highlands provinces, and Ho Chi Minh City.

The event, which runs until July 8 in the central province of Quang Ngai, is the first in a series of exhibitions, sales networking activities, sports events, and an art performance called "Big Hug - Sharing Love" to raise funds for education.

It features 80 booths showcasing high-quality and diverse products from 11 provinces and cities in the Central Highlands and Central Coast regions, as well as Ho Chi Minh City.

Ha Hoang Viet Phuong, Head of the Authority of Dung Quat Economic Zone Management Board and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks, said: "Through this fair, we want to find partners, establish trade links, promote production and business, expand markets for product consumption, connect enterprises in the region, and spread throughout the country."

Bui Ta Hoang Vu, Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade, said: "Ho Chi Minh City is known for its large industrial production and product consumption in Vietnam. Therefore, it is necessary to network to find stable raw materials from the Central Highlands and Central Coast provinces. This is an opportunity for our enterprises to seek partners, networks, supply chains, and connect with investment promotion agencies".

He added that this is an opportunity for the industrial production of these provinces to have the conditions to develop.

The Central Coast region includes 14 cities and provinces, namely Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien-Hue, Danang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan.

The Central Highlands consists of five provinces: Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong and Lam Dong.
