Phu My Hung to bring more condos to the market this year

Real-estate developer Phu My Hung Development Corporation said it will continue to diversify its products in 2023, including condos with interiors completely finished at hand-over so that customers are able to move right in.

This new model has been developed recently and has received positive feedback from customers.

The corporation also confirmed to develop more projects outside HCM City as well as other places in the northern region.

For this year, Phu My Hung commits to continuously hand over products on time. Accordingly, the corporation will complete construction and plans to hand over three projects with a total of 776 condos, namely The Antonia on Nguyen Luong Bang Boulavard; Phu My Hung The Horison – the first commerical housing project in Crescent Lake area; and Cardinal Court in the International Financial and Trade area.

In addition, in order to bring better infrastructure to their residents, from now up to 2025, Phu My Hung will continue to expand its central business district. A series of infrastructure projects will be developed such as Crescent Mall phrase 3, international-standard hotels and multi-functional buildings. Some of the projects will be developed by Phu My Hung and some will be developed under the cooperation between Phu My Hung and partners.

Although facing many difficulties in the market in 2022, Phu My Hung has achieved goals including handing over the Peak project and 409 condos of The Ascentia and Amelie Villa projects. In addition, the corporation handed over 1,000 house and land-used right certificates to customers.
