Frasers Property opens Hanoi office

Frasers Property Vietnam (FPV) has opened its Hanoi office on to mark the expansion of its northern region portfolio.

The new office in Hanoi signifies Frasers Property’s commitment to Vietnam’s economic development, underscoring the confidence it has in the long-term growth potential across the country.

The new office is located in the HCO Building in Hoan Kiem district within Hanoi’s bustling downtown, while Frasers Property’s premier representative office continues to be located at Melinh Point within Ho Chi Minh City’s central business district.

This expansion is supported by a strong team to match Frasers Property's ambitions.

Edwin Tan, deputy CEO of FPV, said, "The company has seen significant growth in the scale and operation of our business over the past few years, and we are now looking to expand and scale nationally."

“The opening of our Hanoi office is part of FPV's overall growth plan, bringing us closer to our valued real estate customer base, and also enabling us to launch our northern portfolio in the near future. As we grow meaningfully and further our presence in Vietnam over the past two decades, we want to make a lasting impact on creating spaces that are inspiring and good for communities and the environment,” said Tan.

The company has made considerable investment inroads into the domestic market over the past two decades in three synergistic asset classes at the heart of the company’s growth strategy – industrial, commercial, and residential – to establish itself as one of the leading real estate firms in Vietnam.

FPV is the first real estate company in Vietnam utilising the Science-Based Targets initiative to approve targets for its data-driven approach to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions as the company aims to reduce its absolute scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions by 46.2 per cent by 2030 from its 2019 figures.

Key properties in its Vietnam portfolio include Binh Duong Industrial Park, one of the first developments in Vietnam designed to achieve LEED Gold green building certification; Melinh Point, the first non-residential building in Vietnam to achieve Green Mark Platinum certification awarded by Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority; and Q2 Thao Dien, a mixed-use development in Ho Chi Minh City with office, retail, and residential components, which consists of Worc@Q2, a modern, serviced office tower.

Its hospitality business also maintains a local presence with Fraser Suites Hanoi, Fraser Residence Hanoi, and Capri by Fraser in Ho Chi Minh City.
