GEX: Transferring shares in GELEX Infrastructure SJC

On December 27, 2022, the BOD of GELEX Group Joint Stock Company approved the policy to receive the transfer of GELEX Infrastructure SJC 's shares with 40,000,000 shares, equivalent to 5.063% charter capital of GELEX Infrastructure SJC from GELEX Electric SJC.
