BAF: Transferring shares in Kim Hoi Livestock Production and Trading SJC

On November 30, 2022, the BOD of BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company approved the policy to transfer all shares in Kim Hoi Livestock Production and Trading Joint Stock Company with 717,282 shares, equivalent to 99.9% charter capital of Kim Hoi Livestock Production and Trading Joint Stock Company.
