Tan A Dai Thanh Signs Multi-Agreement With Accor At Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc

On October 8, 2022, in Phu Quoc, Kien Giang, Tan A Dai Thanh - Meyland Group and Accor signed a cooperation agreement in management and operation 5-star hotel complex in Meyhomes capital Phu Quoc.

According to the cooperation content, Accor will become the official operator for the 5-star Grand Mercure Phu Quoc hotel complex located in the Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc mega-urban area.

Located on Bai Dai beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The 5-star Grand Mercure Phu Quoc hotel complex is designed to intertwine the modern and luxurious features of a typical seaside resort and the traditional culture of Vietnam's coastal fishing villages.

This high-end hotel will have about 200 rooms and a series of other luxurious amenities. With an infinity view to the sea, the two towers of Grand Mercure Phu Quoc stand like a lighthouse on the sea, shining and developing with Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc.

Mr. Pham Minh Duc - Deputy General Director of Tan A Dai Thanh Group said, “With long-standing management experience, operating thousands of hotels and a worldwide membership network, the cooperation between two groups will certainly contribute to building sustainable values for the 5-star Grand Mercure Phu Quoc hotel and Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc.

The distance from the Grand Mercure Phu Quoc hotel to Phu Quoc airport is only 11km, easily linked to key cities in the region. The resort will bring three restaurants, health care services such as spa, swimming pool and gym. This project will become the second resort project that Meyland invests in and manages and Accor's eighth hotel in Phu Quoc.
