PPLS registers 730 new trading account openings at CSX ‘MY First Stock 2022’

PP Link Securities (PPLS) achieved remarkable successes at the Cambodia Stock Market Exhibition – organised by the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) from October 21-23 – recording impressive figures for market participation and new trading account openings.

With 730 trading account openings over the three days of the event – amazing results for both the company and overall market growth – PPLS enrolled many new investors, further establishing itself as Cambodia’s most outstanding securities broker.

PPLS proudly joined as a gold sponsor of the Cambodia Stock Market Exhibition – themed “My First Stock 2022” – which was held at Aeon Mall Phnom Penh.

“The results that we got show the public’s growing interest and knowledge of securities investment, which has been relentlessly promoted by the market regulator, the market operator, securities brokers, and all relevant parties.

“As we aim to increase public awareness of the securities market and provide a deeper understanding of the financial services around the Cambodian market – especially securities such as stocks and bonds – we actively met and consulted with potential investors throughout the event.

“There is no doubt that this exhibition with its exciting agenda under the leadership of CSX has been a strong catalyst, and we at PPLS are grateful for its benefits,” said PPLS chairman and director Chea Sothea.

All interested investors at the event were able to register on-site for a free Investor ID, while PPLS also offered a share of ACLEDA Bank for free for investors opening a trading account.

PPLS is also offering a 50 per cent discount on trading fees for those opening a trading account with the company from October 21 to December 31, 2022.

“The promotion is to further encourage the public to diversify their investment portfolios, so as to increase their financial freedom through investing with companies listed on the CSX,” said Sothea.

PPLS expresses its profound appreciation to the market regulators and operators, as well as its clients and its peers, and particularly all the participants for placing their trust in the company and for making the exhibition a huge success.

The Kingdom’s leading financial services provider pledges to continue providing its top-notch services and maintain its reputation for trust and being progressive towards its clients, Cambodia’s economic growth and the entire global financial industry.
